Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sareewala. We take pride in delivering high-quality sarees. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Request Period
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to accept a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

The item must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

Products showing stains, damage, odour, or signs of use will not be accepted
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Blouses, innerwear, or accessories

Customized or altered sarees

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “No Return”
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@sareewala.shop with:

Reason for return
-
Clear images (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will share return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Charges

Wrong or Defective Product:
If you received an incorrect item or a defective product, Sareewala will bear the return shipping cost. -
Change of Mind / Size Preference:
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved Refund:
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. -
Refund Delays:
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
