Refund

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No, items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, we deliver across India, including metro and non-metro cities.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we provide free shipping on selected orders and campaigns. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Payment

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).

Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

COD is available on select pin codes and may have order value limits.
